Webmin missing in action?

Can you do a `port provides /opt/local/webmin-1.510`? This will let us know the port that was used, and then we can look up the history of what happened to it.

My guess is it was never in MacPorts, and it was actually manually installed by following any number of tutorials out there which recommend the location you've indicated.
