MAMP www.mamp.info and macports' phpMyAdmin compatibility

MacPorts phpmyadmin will use MacPorts php5. If you don't specify otherwise, that will install MacPorts apache2 as well. (The alternative would be to build php5 with the +fastcgi variant and then configure whatever web server you want to use that php fastcgi binary.)
