llvm-2.9 and llvm-3.1

Hi all,

Is there a reason why llvm-gcc42 depends on llvm-2.9 instead of llvm-3.1 (which is a dependency of ld64 anyway)? If it were possible to upgrade to llvm-3.1 (or downgrade ld64) it would significantly speed up my dependency build tree :-)
