help with MOC

I am attempting to install MOC via Macports.

MOC: https://trac.macports.org/browser/trunk/dports/multimedia/moc/Portfile

I created a thread on the MOC forum: http://moc.daper.net/node/859

Seems the problem is an outdated version of ffmpeg and/or moc. I have not
been able to get in touch with the maintainer. Help would be greatly
appreciated.
