unable to compile libxml2 with Xcode 4.4

Although many ports I've tried work well with XCode 4.4 -- Mountain Lion, I ran into a problem with libxml2. I understand that the main effort now is with Xcode 4.3, but any help or suggestion will be appreciated. The error log is as follows:
