texlive: need variable def for TFMFONTS

As I realized when I installed the full version.  Lots and lots of
language stuff I have no use for.

I also found where the tfm directory was hiding, and it's all happy now.

Nope....  But like I said, TeX is perfectly happy now.  :-)
