gcc4.5 doesn't build on 10.7.3 for me

That'd be because it's documented in the MacPorts Guide, and IIRC in
reverse (forcing llvm-gcc-4.2) on the ProblemHotList page.

    $ sudo port install gcc45 configure.compiler=clang
