FYI: Xcode 4.3.2 command line tools issue

I'm merely relaying a problem that was brought to my attention: that there is a problem in either Xcode 4.3.2 or in Apple's servers such that users of Xcode 4.3.2 cannot download the command line tools, and installing the command line tools is essential for MacPorts' correct functioning. That's all I know.
