FYI: Xcode 4.3.2 command line tools issue

It is certainly not enough to just download Xcode. One also needs an
additional (in-app) installation of command line tools. I was able to
download Xcode from Apple store, but if I try to install Command Line
Tools, I get an error saying
    "*** is not a Registered Apple Developer. Visit the Apple
Developer website to register your account."

But I honestly hope that Apple will (soon?) change that. At the
beginning Xcode wasn't free either and maybe they are just trying to
get more people subscribed to their payed developer program if they
want to install the new version of Xcode sooner than others. (But the
old Xcode is probably not available in the store any more.)

PS: my previous recipe alone doesn't work. I now get
    configure: error: C compiler cannot create executables
I still think that it is doable without additional installation of
command line tools, but with a plethora of CFLAGS and LDFLAGS to find
all the right libraries.
