I could possibly add a -gtk2 variant to libiodbc, but that would involve patches since it opportunistically pulls in gtk-config. If you want, I can show you how to get around the necessity for gtk2+x11 in libiodbc.

It'd be awesome if this x11/quartz ... problem would go away.
