Graphviz Checksum Mismatch

From the log, it shows you're downloading the file from http://jog.id.distfiles.macports.org/macports/mpdistfiles/graphviz and indeed the file on that one server seems to be truncated. I'm Cc'ing the administrator of that mirror; perhaps they can shed some light on how this problem occurred (did the rsync get interrupted? the graphviz-2.33.20130815.0446.tar.gz file is missing from that directory too, for example), how to fix it (rsync again?), and how to prevent it in the future (?).
