drconqi is KDE's crash manager; when a KDE application crashes, KDE tries
to run drconqi on it. This is like the crash information dialog that most
native apps produce, showing a backtrace and offering to send a crash
report to Apple. But in my experience the OS X version of DrConqi has
always been flaky (and useless even when it runs, as you need to install
all the KDE dependencies with debug symbols for it to be able to do
anything at all useful).
So it's a symptom, not a cause.
