MacPorts python package are frequently name py*-package-name.

$ port echo name:^py.*gtk2 or name:^py.*gobject or name:^py.*dbus or name:^py.*alsa or name:^py.*simplejson or name:^py.*notify
$ port info name:^py.*gtk2 or name:^py.*gobject or name:^py.*dbus or name:^py.*alsa or name:^py.*simplejson or name:^py.*notify
