Macports doesn't use latest Amarok release ?

Because no one's requested it. Please file an update ticket.

We have no idea because you haven't given us any information. Please search Trac for an existing ticket that describes your issue, and if you can't find one, file a new defect ticket and attach the main.log file from a failed compilation.
