Daniel,

Great information - thank you for the trac URL. I was unaware of that resource, and it's exactly what I needed.

I don't disagree with your assessment of the current problem. Unfortunately it's not within my sphere of influence to affect a change without using months of time dedicated to the effort. And it's not likely my manager would give me that much time.

Just trying to work within the constraints I have. Thanks again for the quick reply.
