How would I know to use "sudo port load/unload mysql55-server"?

Eh, there's more to it than just the notes:
$ port notes mysql55-server
mysql55-server has the following notes:
  If this is a new install you might want to run:
  
  $ sudo -u _mysql /opt/local/lib/mysql55/bin/mysql_install_db


You need to run `port load...` or `port unload...` to actually start and stop daemons.
