kcachegrind is in the devel category. A duplicate kcachegrind port was inadvertently created in the kde category in r111177. It was renamed to kcachegrind4 in r111197.
Somehow your PortIndex has remembered the duplicate and now-renamed port instead of the old one.
If this is still a problem, you could delete the PortIndex and PortIndex.quick files, then run "sudo port sync" again to re-create it.
