Thank you. I have installed an older version of virtuoso and the build of kmymoney dependencies is once again progressing.

I am a relatively new user of MacPorts, after many years of using Fink to install open-source software and (more recently) briefly dabbling with HomeBrew in my attempts to install Frescobaldi (a very helpful assistant to LilyPond, a music engraving program). Through the help of Davide Liessi, whose knowledge of MacPorts and ability to provide clear answers to questions, my goal was achieved.

MacPorts' support structure is amazingly clear, complete and more importantly, up-to-date-- unexpectedly so from a volunteer-driven site. The link which Ryan provided gave instructions which even this old, doddering semi-senile user could follow!

Thanks again.
