Having trouble starting gnome-terminal on Mavericks

Confirmed that the workaround works for me. The one funny part is that the default colors tab has “Use colors from system theme” checked, which appears to be black on black - I need to uncheck that before I see anything.

How do I fill out a ticket? I’m new to macports.

Thanks,
Jeff

I’m running OSX 10.9.3, XQuartz 2.7.6, and Xcode 5.1.1, which should be the latest version of everything. When I run gnome-terminal, it starts XQuartz if it’s not already running, but then it dies with the error shown below. I’ve been through instructions on `port notes dbus`, but it didn’t help. It seems that dbus is running, but it’s having trouble with gnome-terminal.
