digikam - finds no photos?

"Notes kdelibs4" doesn't mention kbuildsycoca4 on my end, nor do I see it being invoked in post-install section in the digikam Portfile?

Something else: how/where to get the localisation for digikam? There's a "po" directory in the source tree, but apparently it doesn't get installed?
