Infinality would be great.

However, could we please take care not to run into this bug?

https://bugs.gentoo.org/show_bug.cgi?id=494764

MacPorts obviously ships ${prefix}/share/ghostscript/9.10/Resource/Font (I just
checked), so we're fine, but I'd like to keep it like this. Not being able to
print is a pretty big deal.

A further question, René. I have only used infinality on Gentoo, and there we
have this awesome eselect [fontconfig|infinality|lcdfilter] tool:

root at valery~# eselect infinality list
Available styles:
  [1] debug
  [2] infinality
  [3] linux
  [4] nyx
  [5] osx
  [6] osx2 *
  [7] win7
  [8] win98
  [9] winxp

root at valery~# eselect lcdfilter list
Available styles:
  [1] custom
  [2] default
  [3] infinality *
  [4] infinality-classic
  [5] infinality-nudge
  [6] infinality-push
  [7] infinality-sharpened
  [8] infinality-shove
  [9] linux
  [10] nyx
  [11] osx
  [12] ubuntu
  [13] vanilla
  [14] windows-7
  [15] windows-7-light
  [16] windows-xp
  [17] windows-xp-light
[0 running job(s)] {history#10008} 3:42:16 14-06-24
root at valery~# eselect fontconfig list | grep -i infin
  [27] 52-infinality.conf *

How would the configuration be done on OS X?

AFAIK, eselect mainly creates symlinks, but could as well also do $MORE_MAGIC.
I've never looked into that.

Obviously, infinality can be tweaked to quite some display options, which is
great, but I'm not quite sure how to make that easily user configurable.
