No.

The only thing that has anything like a path is 

set spellfile=~/.spell.en.add

There’s no /opt at all in my .vimrc

 $ port installed vim
The following ports are currently installed:
  vim @7.3.762_0+huge
  vim @7.3.762_2+huge
  vim @7.4.052_0+huge (active)

Nope, I just installed vim on another system and noticed it was at patch 192 is all.
