tmux 1.9

There's a bug in older tmux version that prevents usage of if-shell to have
OS specific configurations:

    http://sourceforge.net/p/tmux/tickets/65/

This bug is apparently fixed in 1.9. I think MacPorts' tmux package should
be upgraded to 1.9 as well.
