XQuartz fails to start after installing xorg-server

Hi,

After installing the xorg-server on a clean machine (OS X 10.9) the XQuartz program fails to start complaining that is cannot create a log file under ~/Library/Logs/X11. After manually creating this directory everything works fine. Would this be considered a bug in the Portfile or the software itself? Could this even be fixed in the Portfile, since the problem is with a directory in the user's home path?
