Fixed error in https://trac.macports.org/wiki/howto/MAMP re optional pmadb config

Believe me, it's still useful to have docs all in one place for getting the whole stack going, including phpMyAdmin!

A good reason for that is the discrepant and often obsolete information one finds by searching the web.

(But I do realize the MacPort documenters work required!)
