The subject says that you were trying to build "gnupg", but you gave
us a link to a build failure of ld64-latest.

Both gnupg and ld64-latest build fine for me though. What does
    /usr/bin/clang++ --version
return?

Please also try to run
   sudo port clean ld64-latest
   sudo port -v build ld64-latest
and provide the complete log again.
