kmymoney crashes on startup after update

Hi René and Stan,

thanks, René, for having dealt with this issue throughout the day.

Obviously rev-upgrade wasn’t handling this as it is supposed to do,
for whatever reason. So, I think, I should give kmymoney4 a revbump!

Should have done that right after committing the changes to aqbanking5.

Stan, sorry for the inconvenience caused by this oversight.
