We have another ticket for 32-bit build problems with ocaml on 10.6

but it's a different error message and is years old so maybe the problem you're seeing is different.

You could file a new ticket in our issue tracker, but it sounds like the problem is not MacPorts-specific, so you may have better luck reporting the problem to the developers of ocaml directly.
