nodejs v0.12.7 to v4.0.0

I recently started using nvm (Node Version Manager:
https://github.com/creationix/nvm). I can use the latest version of
node if that's what I want, or I may switch back to an older version
of node so that I can comply with certain dependencies of certain
projects. I find this very convenient.
