Quick question: how to "clear" earlier variants list?

Thanks.  I understand why they are sticky, I'm just fighting with the Wireshark port and need it to build...

I ended up wiping out all of /opt and reinstalling MacPorts 2.3.3 to try from scratch.  And now I also just blew up my build environment by installing Xcode 7...and there is no OS X 10.10 SDK... 😞
