installed p5.22-razor-agents but seems to be missing stuff

installed p5.22-razor-agents but seems to be missing razor2, and razor.conf 

and the docs ??

Does anyone know where I can find the docs for this version, for mac, and how to actually set it up, because it doesn’t look anything like other docs I find out there, particularly on https://wiki.apache.org/spamassassin/RazorSiteWide

any ideas anyone? thanks
