installed p5.22-razor-agents but seems to be missing stuff. Solved

I think I figured it out from the Apache docs. Seems to have started up ok.

the commands in  the apache docs create the razor-cont file, and ignoring the bit about permissions, except for the log file comment, restarted and there don’t seem to be any errors.

So I’ll see what happens.
