missing ports?

Hi Ryan,

Yes this looks like some kind of problem in the port index or its
interface. It may be related to the fact that "agree" has primary category
textproc, but secondary category amusements, though I would certainly have
expected it therefore to show up in both categories.

$ port info agree
agree @0.3 (textproc, amusements)
