gss 1.0.3 doesn't build on OS X Leopard or Snow Leopard due to use of getline()

I appreciate the info; it's a good idea IMO, at any rate better than individually patching ports to add the missing functions, although since they still have to know to use it, some of the problems that a local (rather than upstream) solution involves, may still apply.
