pan copy & paste with [cmd]+[c] / [cmd]+[v]

Hi,
with this hint ~/.Xmodmap file only  [cmd]+[c] works.
 [cmd]+[v] os  [cmd]+[a] don’t work

I test this with  [cmd]+[c] and right mouse key ‚Einfügen‘ = ‚paste‘

I create ~/.Xmodmap file as here describe

Is there anyone wrong?

I want tu use  [cmd]+[a] / [cmd]+[c] / [cmd]+[v] in usenet-reader pan2

My XQuartz version 2.7.11 (xorg-server 1.18.4)
macOS: ElCapitan, latest fixes
