Trac does not see /opt for attaching files

A semi-standard; it was first used on Solaris as I recall to install 
non-base-but-supported software (such as the Sun C compiler), and truly 
local stuff went into /usr/local.

FreeBSD (and probably others) don't use /opt, but /usr/local.

Penguin/OS seems to ram everything into /usr/bin...
