Apparently PhP is 7.1.7 - But I haven’t verified that version information yet.

There are other issues as well besides currency. . .

The Apple version is “technically” only available if you are running OSX Server, and unless Apple has dramatically improved both the GUI and Support, OSX Server, is really difficult to use if you want to do anything “normal — where “normal” means anything that is different from what Apple thinks you should be doing.
This is one situation where Apple’s “Walled garden” really does get in your face.

Unless Apple has changed things in the past year or two, support for OSX Server is pretty well hidden — as what was then called “Enterprise Software.”
Trying to find information about OSX Server is itself a difficult slog … if you don’t know the “magic 800 number” to contact Enterprise Support directly, the normal support folks have no idea that the product even exists.
