No, not at the moment. You could contribute an option to do that, if you
want. Note that some ports (e.g. Go) do not build in trace mode, though.

Alternatively, you could add a shell alias that makes 'port' = 'port -t'
on your system.

I haven't tested it in a while, but it's probably around 80% overhead.
If you want to take the time and measure it with some ports, I'd welcome
some current numbers.
