Where Is pgAdmin3 Installed?

I'm just starting with a PostgreSQL tutorial.  MacPorts doesn't have
psql.  My pgAdmin3 install completed successfully but I am unable to
launch it.

It's a GUI program so I looked in /Applications, as well as in
/opt/local/bin and /opt/local/sbin.

Google Yields No Insight.
