That seems like an oxymoron...
Is there really no hope of ever getting away from needing such an old
version?
I've just been through the 3rd or 4th round of re-bootstrapping my
libc++ on 10.6.8 world, which is distinctly neither fast not fun,
especially since I'm pretty sure it would benefit from ccache, which the
big beasts of that bootstrap dance ignore.
