How to see Macports patches

IF there were patches for it that are applied by MacPorts, they would be 
referenced in the Portfile and either maintained beside the Portfile in 
the [PORTDIR]/files/ directory, or referenced in the Portfile as 
additional sources (as in the Bash port.)
