python36 @3.6.9_1: Failed to activate python36: sqlite error: cannot rollback - no transaction is active

Hi,

on  a OSX Mojave 10.14.6 with macports version 2.6.0, during a
<macports-users at lists.macports.org>

port upgrade outdated

I get the following error:

--->  Computing dependencies for py36-numpy
The following dependencies will be installed:  python36
Continue? [Y/n]: y
--->  Activating python36 @3.6.9_1
Error: Failed to activate python36: sqlite error: cannot rollback - no
transaction is active (1)


Any idea on what could be the issue?
