Command Line Tools for Xcode 11.6

Huh?? Step 1 in the MacPorts “Quickstart", or the more detailed “Installing MacPorts”, at https://www.macports.org/install.php <https://www.macports.org/install.php> is to install the Apple Xcode Command Line Tools.
