libcxx-5.0.1 using i386 on a PowerMac?

Not that it can't be done:

$ port -v installed libcxx
  libcxx @5.0.1_4+emulated_tls-universal (active) platform='darwin 9' archs='ppc' date='2019-01-15T21:53:44-0800'

It's just not something that is ready for Macports prime-time yet...

perhaps someday, if @iains finished fleshing out the ABI on clang-7.0 for PPC Darwin, I'll enable it on MacPorts...
