Messed with a binary in /usr/local/bin

I messed up my macports structure a bit. 
While I was in need of a newer tidy (tidy-html5) I deleted /usr7local/bin/tidy (which is the macports binary if I’m correct).
How can I „repair“ this situation using some macports command, maybe something like —force?
