Remove "Phantom" Ports

Thanks for letting me know about this. I’ve turned on reminders.

FYI, I didn’t see these options mentioned in the man page for port(1) (I updated to version 2.7.2 yesterday).  Should I submit a ticket for an enhancement to add them to the man page?
