MacPorts Update Outdated Choking on libgcc9

Hey Folks,

Forgive me if this is well known – I've found some hits on “libgcc9” but nothing that's helped me fix the problem.

macOS 10.14.6
Xcode 11.3.1
2012 MacBook Air i7


I'm trying to upgrade my outdated ports...

sudo port -v selfupdate
sudo port -u -v upgrade outdated

Here's where it seems to be choking:


--->  Fetching distfiles for libgcc9
Error: gcc9 9.5.0 is not supported on Darwin 18 i386
Error: Failed to fetch libgcc9: incompatible macOS version


And that seems to be blocking all of these from getting updated:
