python312 fails to build on ventura with libressl

Just selfupdated to 2.10.0, had to run "port outdated" with sudo for the first time, and as python312 shows available update

python312                      3.12.4_0 < 3.12.5_0

attempted to upgrade it.

There is no available binary package for python 3.12.5_0 for ventura (yet), so port command proceeded with building of python.

The build failed, and I suspect that it failed because I have libressl @3.9.2_0.

If it is a deliberate decision to not support building of python with libressl, I don't think trac ticket is needed. 

I am going to wait until binary package is available for ventura.
