Simplify sourceforge fetch group

The only negative possibility I can think of is this: If the
Sourceforge mirror that happens to be hit is missing the file in
question for one reason or another, MacPorts will think there are no
other Sourceforge sources to try and it will give up. Right now I
think it goes through multiple Sourceforge mirrors until either it
finds the file or it gives up after trying all mirrors. Is that right?
