Xcode 4.3 missing X1SDK?

Try explicitly running the installer for the "Command Line Tools for Xcode - February 2012", available from the developer downloads page. You can get to this from Xcode "Open Developer Tool/More Developer Tools…" I just did this and I believe it installed X11 stuff.
